Job Description: The LessonWriter Web Development/ Programming Intern will have the opportunity to
contribute to version 2.0 of an exciting online educational web services in a fast-paced start-up
accelerator environment.
Company Description: LessonWriter, Inc. was founded by educators and programmers to improve
education with expert-system programming that automates the time consuming arts and tasks of
instructional design and school leadership.
LessonWriter was founded in NYC, but has relocated to Providence to participate in Betaspring, a local
start-up accelerator.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Develop and test code written in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL,
• Effectively document code
• Provide ongoing feedback about features and implementation
• Collaborate with other members of the development team
Requirements:
• Computer Science Major (strongly preferred) ,
• Ability to work independently and integrate feedback
• Familiar with ASP.NET MVC 3.0, C#,HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficient in SQL

Location: 95 Chestnut Street, 3rd Floor, Providence, RI
Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule
